Little Giant’s uniquely designed automatic pool cover
pump is ideal for removing water from all types of pool covers. The
APCP-1700 activates in approximately 2" of water and deactivates in
approximately 1.5" of water. The pump comes equipped with a low energy
consumption, permanent-split capacitor (PSC) motor. The motor is mounted
in a sealed, stainless steel housing and cooled by the flow of the
pumping fluid over the motor housing. The APCP-1700 has a wide base
design for needed stability.

pump water down to a 1/8" water depth.
This little giant comes with a 1" FIP garden hose adapter. Bottom inlet

This pump is 115 volts and is designed for pumping the water off of
a pool cover.
If comes with automatic shut off and attaches to a standard garden hose.
Pump turns 'ON' at approximately 2 to 3 inches of water and 'OFF'
between 1/2 to 1-1/2 inches.
Pump can also be operated manually.
